Music Rights Emergency ? We Come To The Rescue
01 — The Problem

You sold
the idea.
Now what?

The creative presentation went perfectly. The client approved the concept, loved the track, and signed off the budget.

Then legal asks: "Do we actually have the rights to use that?"

Suddenly the production timeline is on hold. Nobody in the agency knows who to call. The brand manager is getting nervous. And the campaign launch date isn't moving.

This is the moment we exist for.

02 — What We Do

Full-service
music licensing.

01

Rights Clearance

We identify all rights holders — publisher, master, neighbouring rights — and negotiate sync licences on your behalf with Warner Chappell, Universal, Sony, and independent publishers worldwide.

02

Music Strategy

Before you commit to a track, we assess feasibility, budget, and alternatives. We present tiered options — ideal choice, safer fallback, wildcard — so your campaign never stalls on a refusal.

03

Music Supervision

From brief to final delivery. We find the right music, manage the creative and legal process end-to-end, and ensure every track is properly licensed for every medium — TV, radio, online, outdoor, cinema.

04

Original Composition

When licensing isn't the answer — budget, approval risk, or brand fit — we compose original music that captures exactly the right energy. Pre-cleared, fully owned, tailored to your brief and all media.

05

Radio Production

Full radio advertising production from concept to broadcast-ready. Music, voice, sound design. We understand the Belgian radio landscape — commercial, public, regional — and produce for it.

06

Catalog Licensing

Access our curated catalog of original productions — pre-cleared, competitively priced, available immediately. No approval delays, no unexpected refusals, no surprises.

Real briefs.
Real results.

Automotive · All Media · Two Territories

A famous 80s synth track. Publishing cleared. Sound-alike produced.

An automotive client needed the unmistakable energy of an iconic 1980s synth track across two territories. We cleared the publishing rights and — rather than license the master — produced a stunning sound-alike that captured every nuance of the original. The client got the sound they wanted, owned the recording outright, and saved significantly on master fees.

↳ Right sound. Smart route. Full ownership.

FMCG · TV + Digital · Benelux

First choice refused. Second choice became the campaign signature.

A client's preferred track came back refused for advertising use. We had pre-assessed two alternatives before presenting the brief. The second option cleared in 9 days, cost 60% less, and became so recognisably associated with the brand it ran across three years of campaigns.

↳ Smarter choice. Stronger result.
02
Retail · TV + Online · Belgium

Original composition when no licence was possible — or necessary.

A specialised omni-channel retailer wanted the energy of a specific contemporary hit but faced both budget constraints and the fact that the track was exclusively licensed to a Hollywood soundtrack. We composed an original track capturing the exact character needed. The client owns it outright and has used it across TV and online campaigns in three territories.

↳ Original. Owned. Ongoing.
03
Automotive · Cinema + Digital · Benelux

Multi-territory clearance for a premium launch campaign.

A car brand needed a classic track cleared across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg simultaneously, with different media mixes per market. We coordinated with four rights holders across two continents and delivered a single consolidated licence package covering the full Benelux rollout.

↳ One brief. Three markets. Four rights holders. Done.

04 — About
Benoît Dobbelstein
Founder · Music Licensing

The person
who speaks
both languages.

Most music licensing problems happen at the intersection of two worlds that rarely talk to each other: advertising and music rights.

Ad agencies understand briefs, timelines, and brand strategy. Music publishers understand rights, royalties, and approval chains. Neither speaks the other's language fluently.

Help, I'm Syncing was built by someone who grew up in both. With a background spanning radio ad production, label ownership, and composition for advertising — operating fluently across Belgium's French, Dutch, and English-speaking markets — we sit at exactly the intersection where your problem lives.

We know what a creative director needs. And we know which phone to call at Warner Chappell.
